CAN YOU SPOT THE DEFECT? #3

I recently put this one up on the ACME site and thought it would be a good one to share with you here.

This tag that was attached to one of a number of appliances a client recently asked us to test and tag during their annual retest visit.

The “eagle eyed” technician spotted a problem. Can you spot it too?

We have erased the details of the electrician who tested and tagged this appliance to avoid embarrassing them as they probably thought they had done everything right.
