Test and Tag Standards Australia (TATSA) is a division of Three One Three Zero Pty Ltd ABN 83 860 848 515. These Terms and Conditions are made on behalf of TATSA and all references to ‘we’ or ‘us’ in these Terms and Conditions refers to TATSA. Where these terms are used, they are used to have the same meaning; subscriber and member; subscription and membership.

Terms of use of this site By continuing to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by all the terms and conditions of use current (and future amendments) which together with our Privacy Policy govern TATSA’s relationship with you in relation to this Website.

Amendments and changes to this site. From time to time we will update, change and improve any aspect of the website, membership benefits and rights, subscriptions and the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to do so without notice and at any time.

Access to content on the TATSA website(s). Some content on the TATSA site is premium content. To access premium content you are required to hold a valid subscription of corresponding level to the level of the premium content. You will be provided with a username and password to access the premium content. The extent of premium content provided to you is dependent on the membership  level you have subscribed to.

Subscriptions and Subscription Prices To access premium content you must subscribe to one or more levels of membership. To subscribe you must go to the membership page on the TATSA website, provide the required information, including any that is marked as “Mandatory” and select the payment option for the price quoted (at the time of your transaction). You will then receive a verification email from TATSA indicating subscription and payment has been accepted and you will be able to access the premium content. All prices published on the TATSA websites for TATSA’s goods and services are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST and/or all other duties and taxes. Any applicable transport and handling charges will be added at the time of transaction. TATSA has used reasonable endeavours to ensure published prices for subscription(s) services are accurate but these prices are subject to change and TATSA reserves the right to change these prices without prior notice at any time. Prices charged and payable will be those quoted at the time you completed your subscription application. TATSA reserves the right to recover, as an additional charge from you, amounts for freight incurred with the shipping of promotional items. TATSA can issue a tax invoice to the Customer in relation to any supply that is subject to GST.
